Super Simple Lunch

I had to run out of the house pretty quickly for work the other day, so no time to make lunch. Luckily I had avocados and vegan bagels at the house.

1 Thomas New York Style Everything Bagel
1 avocado
Salt and pepper to taste

Toast bagel
Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Add salt and pepper to taste,  mash, and spread on the toasted bagel.
So easy,  so filling!

Thomas New York Style Bagels Everything,  Blueberry, Plain, and Cinnamon Swirl are vegan!

Not the healthiest lunch, but it was tasty, convenient, and filling.
